What Will My Ocala Relevel Cost?
Pick an answer in each of the six dropdowns and you’ll see roughly what our crew would tell you on a phone call. The range comes from the same figures listed on our pricing page, so there’s no hidden markup and no form standing between you and the number.
A couple of things help you read it. The free level check is how that range becomes one written price, and once we write it at your home it stays put. And if you’ve never seen what’s under your floor, choose the “not sure” option for the piers. Pier condition swings a relevel more than anything else, and we can’t judge it from the driveway any better than you can.
Why piers matter so much around here: most of Marion County sits on Candler-type sand that drains very fast, so standing water is rarely the culprit under an Ocala home. The usual story is pads slowly settling into loose sand under the weight they carry. That’s why our tool leans harder on the pier answer than on moisture. If your home hasn’t had its level checked in fifteen years or so, plan on the middle of the range, not the low end.
What will my relevel cost?
Six questions. You get a ballpark range before anyone visits; the level check on site turns it into a real number.
An estimate, not a quote. The firm number is written at the home once every pier has been shot with a water level, and it is yours in writing before any lifting starts.
Frequently Asked Questions
What prices is the calculator using?
Ours, straight off the price tables we post. A singlewide relevel runs $450 to $800 and a doublewide $750 to $1,400. Resetting a pier is $75 to $150 each, and rebuilding one is $150 to $400 each. The tool adjusts those numbers for the size of your home, how far it has dropped, how many piers need attention and how tight the crawl space is.
Can I treat the result as my price?
Use it to plan, not as the final figure. Most of what drives the cost is stuff you can tell from inside the house. The part we only learn by crawling under is the condition of the pads, any pier that has sunk or tipped, water sitting under the home or a ripped belly wrap. Our crew finds that during the free level check, and the number we write down at your home is the number you pay.
I chose 'not sure' on the piers and the spread got huge. Why?
Piers are where the money moves on a relevel, and we won't pretend to know their shape without looking. One doublewide might need nothing more than fresh shims; the next might need eight piers built back up, and that gap can top a thousand dollars. We'd rather show you the full spread than a low number that falls apart once we're under the floor.
Will you ask for my email or phone first?
No. The figure shows up right on the page the moment you change a dropdown. Nothing is saved, nobody follows up, and you can leave whenever you like.
Is it different in Dunnellon, Ocklawaha or Citra?
The math is the same anywhere in Marion County, since we don't add a travel charge for the outlying towns. Being farther out only changes when we come, because we line up nearby jobs on the same day.
