About Ocala Mobile Home Leveling
Ocala Mobile Home Leveling is a locally operated service that does one thing: keeps mobile and manufactured homes in Marion County level, supported, and anchored. Releveling, pier and pad repair, tie-downs, vapor barriers, skirting, and pre-sale inspections — that’s the whole list. No roofing upsells, no “whole home restoration” packages. Frame, piers, anchors, underbelly.
How we operate
We’re the local point of contact; the physical work is performed by licensed, insured Florida mobile home installers — the state license that §320.8249 F.S. requires for leveling, blocking, and tie-down work on a manufactured home. That matters more than most homeowners realize. Marion County’s permit office asks for the installer’s license number on installation permits, and since the insurance market tightened after Ian and Milton, undocumented anchor work can cost you at renewal time. When a crew we send does your straps, the work meets Rule 15C-1 and you get paperwork that holds up.
We don’t claim a decades-old family story or a wall of five-star reviews, because we won’t invent either. What we’ll show you instead is how the work is actually done — the water-level survey, the cribbing under the jacks, the shim-stack limits from the HUD installation standards — and a flat written price before anyone starts. Read the mobile home leveling page and compare it to what other outfits publish. That’s our pitch.
Why Marion County specifically
Because this is one of the manufactured-housing capitals of North Central Florida, and the ground here guarantees steady work. The 55+ communities along the SR 200 corridor, the park corridor down US 441 through Belleview and Summerfield, the older parks toward Silver Springs and Dunnellon — nearly all of it sits on deep, excessively drained fine sand that compacts under pier loads. Homes here need a relevel every 3–5 years on average. We’d rather be the outfit that tells you that plainly than one that promises a fix that doesn’t exist on this soil.
What you can expect from us
- Published pricing. Singlewide relevels $450–$800, doublewides $750–$1,400, per-pier rates for rebuilds — all on the pricing page. If the number changes on site, you’ll know why before work starts.
- A free level check first. Nobody quotes your home off a phone call. The crew shoots the frame with a water level and shows you the readings.
- Honesty about recurrence. On sandy ground, releveling is maintenance. We’ll fix the drainage and pad problems that are fixable and tell you what to expect from the rest.
- No pressure on timing. Settling is gradual. Unless your home is badly out of level, a strap is compromised ahead of storm season, or a sale is pending, you have time to decide. We’ll tell you which situation you’re in.
Service area
Ocala and all of Marion County: the SR 200 corridor, Belleview, Summerfield, Silver Springs, Dunnellon, and the parks in between. Most of the county is within 30 minutes of our Ocala hub, which is how we keep response times short even in the fall rush after the rainy season.
